The Pieces

Everything is made by hand. Colour, texture and finish vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photographs shown — that variation is part of the work, not a fault.

Original paintings and one-of-one pieces are exactly that: one exists. Once a piece sells it is marked sold and cannot be reordered.

Prices & Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is handled by Stripe on their own secure checkout page — Väki never sees or stores your card details.

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. If an item sells out between your order and confirmation, the payment is refunded in full.

Prices can change at any time, but never after an order is confirmed.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery is covered by the Shipping Policy, and returns and exchanges by the Returns & Exchanges policy. Both form part of these terms.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a repair, replacement or refund where goods are faulty.

The Artwork Itself

Buying a piece gives you the piece. It does not transfer copyright: the designs, paintings, writing and images on this site remain the property of Väki and may not be reproduced or resold commercially without written permission.
