Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days of purchase. This may vary depending on production schedules and order volume.
Shipping is free within Australia on orders over $150 AUD. Original paintings are the exception — they post free within Australia whatever they cost, and an original in your order makes the whole order free.
All orders are sent via a trackable, insured shipping method. Shipping times quoted reflect the date of dispatch, not the date your order was placed. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
You are responsible for providing a safe, accurate delivery address. Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete. Väki is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen or damaged after delivery to the address provided. If your address isn’t secure, we recommend choosing an address where someone will be present to receive the parcel, or using a workplace, family member’s address, or a secure parcel locker.
Prints and Canvas
Every print is made to order — please allow 2–3 weeks before it is posted.
Canvas prints are sent rolled in a protective tube, unstretched and unframed.
Our largest canvas sizes are too big for standard post and need a custom shipping quote before purchase — email contact@vaki.world.
International Shipping
International orders pay the full shipping cost, shown at checkout. It is never included in the price of a piece.
Original Artwork Shipping
Shipping for original artwork and exclusive pieces is coordinated by Väki. Shipping within Australia is free — and when an original is in your order, everything else in that order ships free with it. International shipping is quoted individually, depending on size, fragility and destination.
Original works may vary slightly from photographs due to the handmade nature of each piece — this is expected, not a fault.
